環境很好， 有很多配套的娛樂活動， 很適合親子出遊， 可以喂農場動物， 騎自行車， 划船等等， 但都需要額外費用。 房間設施整體沒有説很老， 就中規中矩。 但是有微波爐啥的， 但是蟲子不少。 食物啥的味道一般， 感覺偏貴， 份量偏小。

Wonderful relaxing weekend with family, that went far too quickly. Excellent chalet. Enjoyed the facilities. My grandchildren had a great time hand feeding the parrots and kookaburras. The meal in the restaurant was good, but on the expensive side.

在酒店訂的是臨湖房間，房間真的跨越入湖，陽台妥妥的架在湖面上，不時有鴨子從陽台下面游出，到了早點時間，鸚鵡毫不客氣落在陽台欄桿上，眼巴巴看著你手裡的麵包．．．．

Loved many things about our stay. But the highlight has to be the outstanding staff who were so friendly and helpful. My heartfelt gratitude to Cassie, Diana and especially Ed who went out of the way to help us when we had a dire requirement. Even the staff who manage the animal farm and activities were fabulous. Lots of Kangaroos nearby, different variety of birds on the property Room overlooking the lake was lovely even at night with the tall Karri trees lit up. The trek from the property was also enjoyable

Great atmosphere, clean rooms, very relaxing quite place with the view of the lake make it best place down south WA. Daniel the receptionist was very professional and helpful during our stay and it was such an amazing experience will highly recommend this place for your stay.

Beautiful accommodation set in a gorgeous setting. Had a room overlooking the lake, nice size room, lovely and clean and the best view! Ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

4 times visting as our family love this peaceful and nice lakeview. However, was abit disappointed that the floor was wet when we check-in, likely they have just finished the unit cleaning. We used the floor rag to wipe dry the floor and to our surprise the rag turn yellowish. Suspect is from the floor colour??? We were charged $50 cleaning fees, guess we did not clean the morning breakfast cutlery and utensils.🤔 Abit disappointed for this round.

We enjoyed our stay, facilities were good, accomadation was comfortable, only complaint was that it was extremely difficult and dangerous trying to get the shower tempreture set to a comfortable temp.
